Brainrot can causes cognitive and emotional dysfunction, which can make brain damage. Brainrot content can be found in many social media platform. The ease of accessing low-quality content has resulted in a decline of morals and cognitive abilities today. As a student, we must prevent and limit ourselves from brainrot content to maintain the brain's cognitive abilities. We need to limit content that have bad quality and increase content that trains our literacy and critical thinking. Such as podcasts, scientific content, unique fact content, and various other useful content. We can also doing self-control program. Like, controlling yourself regarding the time you use social media, such as a technology detox program. I recommend the "5M RFT" or "5 Minute Rest for Family Time" program. This program is carried out by taking a 5 minute break from social media and doing activities with the family. Activities can be done by telling stories to parents, discussing with family, and various other activities. By taking action against the use of social media, it is hoped that we can prevent damage to the brain's cognitive system and maintain mental health.  +
To reduce the negative impact of digital media on the brains of the younger generation, we need to adopt a balanced approach. Parents and educators must guide children in using technology by limiting screen time, encouraging physical activity, and teaching digital literacy so they can sort information wisely. Additionally, encouraging real-world social interactions and practicing mindfulness can help reduce digital addiction. Digital platforms also need to be more responsible by providing healthy and educational content. With this approach, we can take advantage of technology without compromising the mental and cognitive health of the younger generation.  +
"Do not litter, dispose of waste properly in its place. Use a bag when studying and stop using single-use plastic. Do not burn forests, flora, or fauna carelessly. Do not burn trash as it can cause air pollution. Avoid using plastic straws and single-use plastic items. From now on, use paper or stainless steel straws. When tying something, do not use plastic string anymore, but use talikur as a substitute. Also, do not cut down trees illegally."  +
In this digital era, young people are becoming increasingly dependent on gadgets. However, excessive use can lead to brain damage, such as reduced focus, increased stress, and lack of social interaction. To prevent this, we must regulate screen time, engage in more physical activities, and use digital media wisely. Remember, technology is a tool, not a master!  +
Disposing of rubbish in its proper place is every individual's responsibility to keep the environment clean. These actions contribute to clean and healthy spaces, protect ecosystems, and improve quality of life. Let's commit together to maintain cleanliness in a way that is simple but has a big impact.  +
This addiction to digital media can be linked to the brain's reward system, which constantly seeks instant gratification. Every time we scroll through social media or watch short videos, the brain releases dopamine—a chemical that makes us feel pleasure. The problem is that this pattern can make people struggle with self-control and tend to continuously seek instant entertainment without realizing its impact on productivity and mental well-being. The solution is not just about reducing screen time but also about building healthier habits in consuming information. For instance, getting used to reading long-form articles, training focus through activities like writing or discussions, and setting time limits for social media use. Techniques such as digital mindfulness can also help us become more aware of our own consumption patterns. The key is to maintain balance not completely avoiding technology, but using it more wisely to keep the brain healthy and functioning optimally.  +

Green Paving represents an innovative and sustainable solution to tackle two pressing issues: the rising levels of plastic waste and the demand for eco-friendly building materials. Every year, millions of tons of plastic end up as waste, polluting the environment and threatening marine life. In an effort to address these issues, Green Paving takes plastic waste, which would otherwise take hundreds of years to decompose, and transforms it into durable and functional paving blocks. The production process of Green Paving involves advanced recycling technology that converts discarded plastic into a robust and long-lasting base material. Previously useless and potentially polluting plastic waste is repurposed through heating and special molding techniques to create high-quality paving blocks. These recycled plastic pavers have several advantages over conventional materials, including high resistance to extreme weather and superior structural integrity. Due to their lightweight yet durable properties, Green Paving blocks are also easier to install and can be reliably used in various infrastructure applications, both in urban and rural areas. Beyond its functional benefits, Green Paving is a tangible step toward supporting sustainable development goals (SDGs). By repurposing existing plastic waste, this product significantly reduces carbon emissions and helps lessen dependence on increasingly scarce natural building resources. This initiative also has a positive social impact by raising public awareness about waste management and the importance of sustainable innovation in our daily lives. As part of the green movement, Green Paving invites communities and industries to work together in protecting the environment. This innovation not only creates a useful product but also serves as a symbol of positive change. By using these recycled plastic pavers, we take an active role in creating a cleaner, healthier future for generations to come. Let’s support the Green Paving movement, transforming plastic waste into valuable products, building infrastructure in a wiser way, and creating a more sustainable environment.
In this digital era, everyday life is increasingly tied to the standards set by content creators. Trends, lifestyles, and even small habits seem to have to follow whatever is viral on social media. Creators are no longer just sources of inspiration; they have become "judges" who determine what is considered cool, worthy, or a "failure." Meanwhile, netizens act like devoted followers, striving to meet these standards, even to the point of criticizing each other. If someone doesn’t fit the ongoing trend, they are quickly labeled as "not trying hard enough," "outdated," or even a "failure in life." However, real life cannot be equated with carefully curated and polished social media highlights. Even worse, consuming meaningless content gradually rots the mind. Time that could be used for critical thinking and self-improvement is instead wasted on swallowing empty social standards with no real foundation. Instead of seeking knowledge or developing a healthy mindset, many people fall into a cycle of shallow content that only provides momentary entertainment but damages long-term thinking. Amid this phenomenon, we must ask ourselves: do we still have control over our own lives, or are we merely living for digital validation? "Standards imposed through a screen should not define real life. Don't let your mind rot because of illusions created by meaningless content."  +
As students, it is essential to prevent brain rot caused by excessive exposure to shallow digital content. One way to do this is by limiting screen time and replacing it with more productive activities, such as reading books, having discussions, or learning new skills. Additionally, we should be more selective in choosing content to ensure we receive valuable information.  +
"Do not litter and dispose of waste properly, avoid using plastic straws, and refrain from using plastic bags when shopping at the market."  +
Digital media has become a double-edged sword—a source of knowledge yet a latent threat to young minds. The brain rot phenomenon, where focus declines, thoughts dull, and attention becomes fragmented, is no longer just a theory. Algorithms are designed to trap us in an endless loop of distraction. The solution is not anti-technology, but pro-control. We must cultivate a culture of digital awareness—curating content, not merely consuming it. Limit exposure to shallow content, prioritize what fosters critical thinking. Encourage real-world interactions, read physical books, and train the mind for deep thought. If the younger generation continues to drown in an ocean of instant information, we are not just losing creativity, but also the future of civilization. The solution is not to reject technology but to control it with digital awareness. We must cultivate a habit of filtering information rather than blindly accepting it. Reduce exposure to shallow content that only provides fleeting dopamine hits, and prioritize content that fosters deep and critical thinking. Engage more in real-life interactions, read physical books, and train your brain to think more deeply and sharply. If the younger generation continues to drift aimlessly in the flood of instant information without control, it is not just creativity that will be lost, but also the future of civilization itself.  +
Brain rot, or the decline in thinking quality caused by consuming too much junk content, can be prevented in several ways. Limit screen time and allocate more time for reading, engaging in meaningful discussions, or learning new skills. Curate your social media by following accounts that provide valuable insights. Additionally, practice critical thinking to avoid getting trapped in shallow content. Use technology wisely to maintain mental clarity.  +
Brain rot occurs when excessive digital consumption weakens a person's focus and cognitive abilities. To overcome this, reduce gadget usage and replace it with beneficial activities such as reading, writing, or brain exercises. Exercise is also essential for improving cognitive function and maintaining mental health. Consuming educational content and spending time outdoors can keep the brain active and creative. By adopting these habits, the younger generation can reduce the negative impact of digital media and maintain their critical thinking skills. It's time to turn off brain rot and take control of our minds!  +
Preventing brain rot requires a combination of lifestyle changes. Engage in mentally stimulating activities, such as reading and learning new skills, to exercise your brain. Limit screen time, including TV and social media. Regular exercise improves blood flow to the brain. Ensure adequate sleep and a balanced diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and fiber. Foods like fish, nuts, and leafy greens support brain health. By adopting these habits, you can protect your brain and prevent brain rot.  +
Reducing the negative impact of digital media that causes brain damage in the younger generation is through social interaction. In the digital era, many young people communicate more through messages on social media which can reduce social interaction. By reducing digital usage can affect positive activities around, such as active social interaction and can reduce the level of anxiety caused by excessive use of social media.  +
To reduce the negative impact of digital media on young minds, we need to limit screen time, educate them on healthy usage, and encourage physical activities and social interactions. Additionally, it is essential to develop good digital habits, maintain a healthy sleep pattern, and set a positive example in media usage. With these steps, young people can benefit from technology without compromising their brain health.  +
A child is like fertile soil; whatever is planted will grow. If nurtured with knowledge and watered with love, their roots will be strong, and their branches will reach high. But if left dry without intellectual nourishment, or burdened without space to breathe, only confusion will grow—a weak trunk that easily breaks in the wind. Wrong parenting is like a creeping poison. A child raised without mental challenges will gradually lose sharpness in thinking. If every decision is made for them, they will never learn to determine their own path. If love is replaced with total control, they will grow up without courage. If attention is replaced with gadgets, their brain will drown in meaningless entertainment—slowly becoming dull until it decays without realization. Parents are not just guardians; they are the architects of the future. Wrong parenting does not only produce obedient children but can also create a generation that is confused, empty, and lost. Before it’s too late, teach them to think, teach them to feel, so their minds remain alive, and their souls remain full of life.  +
