"5M FT" Program "5M FT" to prevent Brain rot

Brainrot can causes cognitive and emotional dysfunction, which can make brain damage. Brainrot content can be found in many social media platform. The ease of accessing low-quality content has resulted in a decline of morals and cognitive abilities today. As a student, we must prevent and limit ourselves from brainrot content to maintain the brain's cognitive abilities. We need to limit content that have bad quality and increase content that trains our literacy and critical thinking. Such as podcasts, scientific content, unique fact content, and various other useful content. We can also doing self-control program. Like, controlling yourself regarding the time you use social media, such as a technology detox program.
I recommend the "5M RFT" or "5 Minute Rest for Family Time" program. This program is carried out by taking a 5 minute break from social media and doing activities with the family. Activities can be done by telling stories to parents, discussing with family, and various other activities.By taking action against the use of social media, it is hoped that we can prevent damage to the brain's cognitive system and maintain mental health.
