Manurut ulun ada 3 cara supaya utak kita kada kena brain rot

- membujuri cara Kita bepikir Amun kita bepikir labih positif, tabuka, wann bakambang, mbah tu pulang balajar menjaga stres wan emosi awan istirahat pintar pintar . Maubah cara kita bepikir hagan handak tahu tarus memanjangi daya tahan hutak awan mancagah utak kita beturun kualitas nya.

- menambahi postur mantal haktif.

awan manɟaga sikap proaktif, balajar tarus, beadaptasi mejagai emosi , awan baristirahat nang bujur. Ngini meulah  hutak tatap haktif, sekira hutak kada bosan. 

- menggawi rutinitas halus wan konsisten

rutinitas halus tapi konsisten, kaya baolahraga, guring. Cukup, makan sahat, banyaki bekawanan , awan balatih mindfulness, kawa menjaga hutak tatap aktif wan sehat

Menurut saya ada 3 cara pencegahannya, yakni

- Memperbaiki Pola Pikir Dengan mengadopsi pola pikir yang lebih positif, terbuka, dan berkembang, serta mengelola stres dan emosi dengan bijak. Mengubah cara berpikir kita agar penuh rasa ingin tahu akan memperpanjang daya tahan otak dan mencegah penurunan kualitas otak.

- Mengembangkan Postur Mental Aktif. Dengan menjaga sikap proaktif, terus belajar, beradaptasi, mengelola emosi, dan beristirahat dengan bijak. Ini membantu otak tetap aktif, menghindari kebosanan mental.

- Melakukan Rutinitas Kecil yang konsisten

Rutinitas kecil tapi konsisten, seperti berolahraga, tidur cukup, makan sehat, berinteraksi sosial, dan berlatih mindfulness, dapat menjaga otak tetap aktif dan sehat.

In my opinion there are 3 ways to prevent it, namely

- Improve your mindset By adopting a more positive, open and growth mindset, and managing stress and emotions wisely. Changing our way of thinking to be full of curiosity will extend the brain's endurance and prevent a decline in brain quality.

- Reminds Active Mental Posture. By maintaining a proactive attitude, continuing to learn, adapting, managing emotions, and resting wisely. This helps the brain stay active, avoiding mental boredom.

- Do consistent small routines

Small but consistent routines, such as exercising, getting enough sleep, eating healthy, interacting socially, and practicing mindfulness, can keep the brain active and healthy.
