Making time for other activities is an essential step in overcoming brainrot, the feeling of being trapped in an obsession with one thing. By shifting focus to new activities like exercising, creating, or learning something new, we give our minds the space to refresh and break free from repetitive thoughts. Engaging in different activities also helps boost creativity and focus while maintaining mental balance. Try setting aside specific times during the day for tasks other than the one that dominates your mind, and enjoy the positive changes that come with it. This way, we can reduce stress and maintain better mental health.
