“Datang disarui, bulik dianjur” kalimat nang pas banar sagan brain rot—surang nang menyarui sagan mengulai media digital kada baingat keleliwaran sampai nganga: mental taganggu, timbul jadi siput bapais. Nang kaya tamu jua, brain rot maupang bulik surangan—kita nang maanjurnya bulik. Jadi, kuncinya tuh kesadaran diri haja lagi!
Media digital ibaratnya nang kaya makanan, kada kawa kita harat muha handak maatur apa nang disajikan urang, tapi bepintar-pintar diri ai memilihnya handak “makan” apa. Meninggalakan media digital nih kita kada jua, tapi bebisa meatur diri. Nah, apa nang harus kita gawi? Pintar-pintar memilih tontonan. Baingat diri jangan kalaliwaran. Jangan bakulai HP tarus, bari otak waktu sagan beistirahat. Tingkatan diri lawan belajar.

"Datang diundang, pulang diantar" adalah metafora yang tepat untuk brain rot—diri sendirilah yang mengundang media digital untuk dikonsumsi secara berlebihan hingga otak membusuk: kognitif menurun, mental terganggu, dan kemampuan bersosial meredup. Namun, seperti tamu, brain rot tak pergi sendiri—kita yang harus mengantarnya pulang. Jadi, kesadaran diri adalah kunci!
Media digital seperti makanan, kita tak bisa mengontrol yang disajikan, tetapi bisa memilih yang mau kita “makan”. Meninggalkan media digital bukan solusi realistis, tetapi mengontrolnya adalah pilihan cerdas. Apa yang dapat dilakukan? Feed Diet, Pilih konten bergizi. Scroll dengan Kesadaran, jangan jadi zombi digital. No Phone Zone, beri otak waktu beristirahat. Upgrade Diri dengan investasi ilmu dan skill.

And don't forget to invest in yourself — upgrade your skills and knowledge.
