3Q Is One of The Alternative Ways to Prevent Brain Rot
This is a Response to the Brain Rot wikithon
Based on a poll I conducted on my personal Instagram page, more than 50% of hundreds of people chose to watch funny videos on social media rather than doing assignments or gathering with family. I found they use social media when they feel there is nothing to do when they miss various tasks. On the same occasion, more than 60% of them chose not to think about the task, they felt that the important thing was that the task was completed. In conclusion, the use of social media is based on reasons of free time and does not have a goal that must be achieved in one day. That is why we must have a goal every day. So how do we do it?
Journaling can help describe the various daily tasks that must be done. By writing down tasks, it encourages you to commit to completing them. This can be a goal every day to reduce the use of gadgets because we don't have free time to use social media and focus on doing tasks. Reducing the use of gadgets can certainly prevent the risk of brain rot. 3Q / 3 Question are 3 questions that can help in doing journaling:
1. What tasks have been done?
2. What tasks need to be done now?
3. What tasks need to be done in the future?
In addition, you also have to understand the priority scale. Start journaling as well as possible by providing interesting notes and make sure you finish everything every day. I have proven this. It's time for you to try, good luck!- Affiliation
