Community-Based Digital Fasting is a movement that encourages abstaining from digital media, involving various communities such as literacy, environmental, and religious groups. Its implementation can include engaging activities like "Offline Day," where participants challenge themselves to go a day without social media and replace it with the challenge "1 Day Without a Phone = 1 New Skill/Experience." This movement requires support from policymakers and young people to ensure it is consistently promoted. Through digital fasting, we can foster healthier and more productive media consumption while strengthening social interactions.
