Hindari brainrot lawan mangguring media sosial, baristirahat, mamaca buku, barolah raga, gasan manjaga tidur yang sehat. Lakukan hobi bermanfaat serta diskusi yang berarti.
Cegah brainrot dengan membatasi media sosial, beristirahat, membaca buku, berolahraga, dan menjaga pola tidur sehat. Lakukan hobi produktif dan diskusi bermakna.
Avoid brainrot by limiting social media, taking breaks, reading books, exercising, and maintaining a healthy sleep schedule. Engage in productive hobbies and meaningful discussions
