A program called “Increasing Millennials Participation in Public Issues through BASA Ibu Wiki”. is a collaboration between BASABali and Rumata'/MIWF running a three-year program to increase the participation of young people/millennials to encourage the active involvement of young people on civic issues in big cities such as Makassar City and Gowa Regency using a local language approach. via Basasulsel Wiki.

BASAsulselwiki is a Wiki platform from which is part of BASAibu Wiki, an innovative cultural and communication-based digital platform that has been developed by Basabali since 2019 while deepening and strengthening the platform in Bali, so in 2021 starting a partnership collaboration with Makassar International Writers Festival / Rumah Budaya Rumata' by replicating the approach that has been implemented in Bali previously.
