This is a Response to the Brain Rot wikithon

Supaya kawa tahalangi dari mencagah pikiran kada waras, kita harus mambatasi waktu main HP atawa media sosial. Coba jua mambanyaki mambaca buku atau babaramban (berolahraga). Amun hiburan lawan gawian harian imbang akan, supaya pikiran tatap waras

Untuk mencegah brainrot, penting untuk membatasi waktu penggunaan media sosial dan memberi waktu untuk aktivitas yang lebih bermanfaat, seperti membaca buku atau berolahraga. Juga, menjaga keseimbangan antara hiburan dan kewajiban sehari-hari membantu menjaga pikiran tetap sehat.

To prevent brainrot, it’s important to limit time on social media and engage in more productive activities like reading books or exercising. Keeping a balance between entertainment and daily responsibilities helps maintain a healthy mind
