This keychain is made from 100% recycled materials, using plastic bottle caps that are usually just thrown away.
Imagine, plastic bottle caps that were once useless and polluting the environment can now be transformed into beautiful keychains with various shapes. There are those shaped like letters such as A, B, C, and so on, there are also those shaped like stars, moons, animals, and many more. There are all sorts of shapes, you'll definitely like them! The process begins by collecting plastic bottle caps, especially the HDPE type, because the material is stronger and easier to process. Once a lot has been collected, these bottle caps are washed clean. Next, the bottle caps are put into a shredding machine until they become small pieces. These pieces are heated until they melt like porridge. Then, the melted plastic is molded into a sheet and cut into letters, stars, or other shapes. After that, the keychain is cut and smoothed so that it is neat and comfortable to use. The final stage is finishing, where the keychain is sanded and such.
