Brain rot is a problem that exists in our current generation, it should make us worried about future events. Brain rot occurs partly because of the rapid development of technology today, causing an increase in the use of gadgets. The increase in the use of devices is increasingly widespread due to increasingly interesting applications such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and games such as PUBG, Mobile Legends, etc. The way to prevent this nowadays is to be more busy with daily activities or exercising with friends without using a device.
