PLASTIC WASTE MANAGEMENT

Plastic waste is a discarded item made from plastic that is considered to have no use value. This type of waste is difficult to process or difficult for nature to decompose, so it can cause environmental pollution. Careless disposal of plastic waste has become a social phenomenon in Indonesian society that is difficult to overcome.

There are several ways we can reduce plastic waste. First, everyone uses food containers and drinking bottles (tumblers) when buying food and drinks. Second, use a cloth bag (tote bag) that you bring yourself to carry your purchases. Third, recycle plastic waste independently or through a waste bank. If everyone is disciplined in making these efforts, I am fully confident that the plastic waste phenomenon can be resolved.
