The term brain rot is a crucial issue related to this technology. The spread of low-quality content causes a decline in mental and intellectual power. Brain rot problems related to individual cognitive abilities. Therefore, special handling is needed as a step to reduce its negative impacts. Brain rot caused by too much exposure to social media can be overcome by one of the activities "one day one page". Individuals will be asked to read or write anything in one day. A long day in one day can be done for example by writing every new word obtained even though it is random until it fills one page. This can also be added by writing down each meaning of the sentence or word so that the "one day one page" activity not only focuses on writing but also tracing and rereading the words. Activities like this, although they look simple, can increase mindfulness by trying to focus on current events, feelings experienced and the surrounding environment. For that, the individual's cognitive abilities can be restored slowly by practicing mindfulness every day
