Digital media can be very useful, but it can also damage the brain if used excessively. Children are often unaware that playing with cellphones for too long can slow down brain performance. Staring at the screen too much can make the eyes tired and the brain has difficulty concentrating. If you want your brain to stay healthy, you must set limits on using digital media. Don't get addicted to cellphones that make you forget to study and socialize. There is a lot of information on the internet, but not all of it is true, you still have to be wise in choosing information. Reduce playing with cellphones at night, so you can sleep soundly and your brain can rest. Looking at social media too much can make you stressed and insecure. Playing and socializing outside the home is much better than staring at the screen all the time. Digital media can be very helpful in learning, as long as it is used correctly and wisely. The role of parents is also very much needed in supervising their children playing cellphones so they don't get addicted. Take care of your brain health from an early age so that it stays healthy and smart in the future.
