First, we can limit our time in front of the screen by using a timer application or turning off notifications. Second, we can look for more useful and educational content, such as scientific articles, podcasts, or video tutorials. Third, we can do more balanced physical and mental activities, such as exercise, meditation, or reading books. By doing these things, we can prevent addiction to trivial content and maintain our mental and physical health.
