The term “rotten brain” refers to a state where the mind becomes sluggish, thinking becomes difficult, forgetfulness increases, and the person feels lazy. This condition is usually caused by excessive social media scrolling, binge-watching, or playing games nonstop. Additionally, lack of physical movement, staying up late, not engaging in face-to-face conversations, and excessive multitasking can lead to mental fatigue. To improve, reduce screen time, read books or write, and engage in light exercise like walking or stretching. Sufficient sleep, direct conversations, and consuming quality content are also essential for maintaining a sharp mind.

Brain rot is a condition where your mind becomes slow, making it hard to think, easy to forget, and reluctant to act. Often, this happens because of excessive social media use, binge-watching, or playing games non-stop. Lack of movement, staying up late, rarely talking in person, and too much multitasking make the brain tire out faster. To fight brain rot, reduce screen time, read or write, and do light exercise like walking or stretching. Sleep well, engage in face-to-face conversations, and consume quality content to keep your brain sharp each day. Take regular breaks and use free time productively to maintain mental health.
