Ever feel like your brain’s stuck on autopilot? That’s brain rot—too much mindless scrolling, zero focus, messed-up sleep, and constant anxiety. Your brain craves quick dopamine hits (a brain chemical that makes you feel good—when you do something enjoyable, like scrolling social media, watching short or entertaining videos) but forgets how to think deeply.   Want to fix it? Then, take digital detox (such like cut screen time), choose better content, get outside (do some activity), and train your focus (yes, reading might helps). Tech should be a tool to be more “human”, not a trap. If you don’t control your screen, it’ll control you. Don’t let brain rot turn you into a zombie—wake up and take back your mind.
