Let me introduce myself, my name is Ridho Syarief, this time I want to comment and share ways to overcome Braintrot.
In this modern era, young people are facing a sophisticated digital era, which makes it possible to access all information and content that can damage the brain or what can now be called Braintrot, this is because it is easy for all types of content to spread widely on social media. One of the effects of Braintrot is the unstable emotions of young people, which makes them easily angry and disobedient to their parents, this is because they imitate content that they cannot choose well, and instead imitate bad examples. Therefore, as a young person, I motivate myself and my younger siblings, as well as those who read my comments. My way of dealing with Braintrot is by participating in positive activities, in order to gain experience and share information and gain knowledge so as not to get Braintrot. One of my activities is joining a youth organization in my city which operates in the environmental sector, this is so that I can actively contribute and have a good impact on the community and the surrounding environment.
With the many activities that I carry out, I can reduce my use of social media which has a lot of Braintrot effects if I can't choose content well.
