Cara manjauhi beburuknya otak dari kenanya konten nang meulah tetawa di media sosial belabihan,yaitu : mambatasi jam manggunakan hp,lawan meulah gawian nang baik di rumah.

Pembusukan otak adalah kondisi mental yang di akibatkan terpaparnya konsumsi digital yang berlebihan.gejala brain ot adalah: Mudah lesu,susah fokus,dan susah mengambil keputusan.Cara mencegahnya adalah : Membatasi waktu penggunaan media sosial,mengatur jadwal istirahat digital,dan mencari aktivitas positif.

symptoms of brain rot are - easily lethargic -difficult to focus -easily provoked by emotions -difficulty making decisions Brain rot can be prevented by arranging a digital rest schedule, looking for positive activities, limiting time on social media use. The impact that is felt when the cellphone is put away -excessive stress -Afraid -nervous use

However, continuous consumption of small change content can make the brain dependent on instant entertainment and avoid activities that require effort or concentration.
